Tips Natural skin whitening and lightening



1.      Steep almonds overnight and covering the skin in the morning and crush to a paste using a little diluted honey, apply this pack on face and wash after an hour. When done regularly helps lightens skin naturally and also brings a glow to your skin.
2.      Mix oatmeal with tomato pulp and apply on face and wash after an hour. This helps remove tan and whiten skin.
3.      Always use a sunscreen while going out in the sun. The sun rays inspire the melanin production which in turn causes skin pigmentation. Sun block will block the ultraviolet rays from the sun and prevent the skin from getting tanned
4.      Exfoliate frequently to remove dead cells which make your skin look darker.

5.      Vinegar, potato juice, cucumber juice, lime juice and butter milk are also basic skin whiteners, but they are more suitable for oily skin. As they have a drying effect on your skin, you must apply some nourishing cream after using these above mentioned kind bleaches if you have a dry skin.
6.      Milk serves as mild bleach and is also good for dry skin.
7.      Soak one tablespoon lime juice in 1/4 cup of milk, mix well and apply on face.

8.      A pinch of bicarbonate of soda in a little milk acts as a mild bleach.
9.      Grapes also acts as a mild bleach and are milder than lime juice. Grape juice is good for freckles also.
10.  Oatmeal mixed with grated cucumber is a good face mask to whiten skin naturally.

11.  Carrot is considered to be very beneficial for the skin. It should be eaten in abundance as a salad or juice and carrot juice can be applied on face as well. As carrots contain a a lot of Vitamin A they are said to be very good to lighten skin naturally.
12.  Mint juice mixed with a little lemon juice can be applied on face, left to dry and washed. This when done regularly helps lighten skin without any side effects.
13.  Avoid oily food as they tend to darken skin.

14.  Eat lots of whole grain cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables to bring out the natural beauty from within.
15.  Drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water daily to flush out the toxins from within.
16.  Potato juice contains a bleaching agent that helps in brightening and whitening skin naturally. Grate potatoes and apply the paste on face and let it dry for 30 minutes. Try this remedy twice a week at least for best results.
